Interested in the changing state of mist, I created a transparent layer on top of an image to act similar to condensation on a glass. The white masking randomly appears on the layer as if it’s gradually covered with mist. By moving the mouse, the condensation is rubbed off. To make the mist look more real, the moving speed effects the rubbing and the image slowly become opaque when left untouched.
