Description:
The Design for Behavior & Impact workshop will follow CIID’s “learning by doing” philosophy and “people-centered” approach to introduce students to behavioral science through the lens of interaction design. The workshop will investigate how a behavioral research and design process can help interaction designers gain a better understanding of people's decision-making processes and create products and services with higher rates of adoption and usage.
Learning expectations:
Participants will:
- Gain an improved understanding of how behavioral biases affect the decision-making process of the people you are designing for.
- Learn methods to apply behavioral science to your design process so that your products and services result in better outcomes for your business and your customers.
- Learn methods to help you measure the behavioral outcomes of your design choices and the impact of your choices on the people you are designing for.

Where: United Nations City Copenhagen
Participants: People from all over the of the world. All backgrounds are welcomed.
Language: All courses are taught in English
Fee: 7.300 DKK / 980 EUR per workshop. 10% student discount!
Schedule: The workshops generally run from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm. Tuesday and Friday’s activities will run until 7 pm.
