A pressure sensing pen designed specifically for autistic children

When autistic children start to learn handwriting, they often hold the pen too tightly or too loosely. It is not easy for teachers to communicate how to apply the right amount of strength while holding the pen. ‘Griphint’ was invented to assist with this problem. By sensing the holding pressure and providing visual feedback on the pen’s surface, children can easily fine tune the gripping force from their fingertips. This could help them progress academically and develop socially.
