I See You See is a mobile app that enables blind people to enjoy photos through descriptively rich, crowd-sourced audio-tags - and gives sighted people a new tool to explore the world of photography. The app captures a picsnip (picture+audiosnippet) of a photographic moment. It also allows people to tag the image spatially which can be of great help for the blind community to get a sense of what is in a picture through text-to speech. It shapes a new dialogue and brings a fun angle to photography that everyone can participate in.
