Memory Palace allows you and your family to get back to specific life moments & remind you of the genuine riches of life as a family in the countryside.

Many people tend to lose the values they need to cherish in the concrete jungle of cities, and some people have started to move to the countryside seeking the best living environment to find what they truly want to do. This project targets those who came to the countryside and want to accumulate their life moments to notice genuine riches of life through a dialog with them and their family in the past.

How might we enable people to find values they need to cherish by allowing them to have dialogue with them & their family in the past?

The shelf represents important life moments as of now. Every tangible object in a box is associated with memorable photos/videos/sounds captured in the countryside. When you & your family or guests pick up the tangible object, the shelf projects associated memories to a wall so they can have conversation to get back to the specific life moments.

The users need to decide if they want to change the tangible objects in the shelf when a new object is found. At the end of the year, cherished moments will be saved in a memory card and people can play those cherished moments in the future to feel the accumulation of their moments.
