Representation of Sound
Using Processing I made a simple algorithm, that would generate a series of rectangles in a 3D space. The properties of the rectangles would be determined by the level of sound at a given time. The louder the sound the larger a rectangle would be generated, slowly adding more rectangles to the scene.
After some time I would export the scene and render it in Cinema 4D, which would then provide a nicely rendered abstract visual representation of sound in a physical space.
