CONSTELAR is an organization that seeks to attract women in the areas of STEAM. They connect women from different sectors that represent the STEAM community, as well as help these women in personal growth through workshops on personal presentation, self-esteem and female empowerment.

When interviewing several of the members of CONSTELAR, we were able to observe that this connection between them is not taking place. There are no spaces where they can get to know each other and see what they are doing, what inspires them and what they are willing to offer. It is a big problem since many of them seek out this program and want be part of it thanks to the future connections that it could generate.

CONSTELAR is already providing space where members connect and take courses together. What is needed is a space where more can be shared between students and professionals in the STEAM area. And also a space to find out what is currently being done in the STEAM areas through research projects and/or professional projects.

What the members are looking for is a bridge between them and professionals to feel inspired, to know better what they are doing and also to create a connection which allows them to demonstrate their abilities which could result in a future recommendation for a job.

We created a space to publish monthly information about things that the women of CONSTELAR can offer and ask others for help. We want to create a community that can count on the dynamic of mutual help in which all women benefit.
